Here are the entries for tomorrow
Who is not going?: Well, this also remains to be determined, based on entries. However, I can definitely say that pole vaulters will not be attending, because that event will be contested. Sorry, pole vaulters! Good news for you guys, though: Coach Munoz is exploring a competitive opportunity for you as well.
As with any weekday meet student-athletes and their parents can opt their kids out of going to the meet without any questions or repercussions from the coaches. In fact, if we have any academic concerns with any student we will not allow them to go.
That's all regarding Tuesday for now. Pay attention for future additions and entries
Now for something completely different...
It's hard to summarize these varsity meets we go to, because they are so big and so many of our athletes do so many big things. Yesterday's varsity meet at the Palmer Terror Invite falls into this category. Please see below for athletes that scored in the top 8 in their events, which all earn points for the team. Of particular note are Koby Dudley (high jump) and Riley Chase (pole vault) that won their events, and Sierra Suazo who earned 2nd place in both of her events (shot put and discus) while also throwing a new school record of 131'8.5" in the discus.- 8th

These performances helped the girls to a fourth place finish (out of 20 teams), and the boys to a 9th place finish (out of 24). Nice job, Cats!
That's all for now. Busy week ahead. Looking forward to lots of good competition
Go Sabercats!
