Spring Break Practice Schedule

Boy, do I have a lot of thank you notes to send out after yesterday. Athletes, consider this post the one to you. It took a lot of people to put on the Sabercat Invite, and you were some of the most important. Thank you for helping with everything you did, whether you were a participant in the meet or not. A lot of coaches from other schools said great things about the day, and how you guys helped. Could not have done it  without you. So, THANK YOU! It doesn't hurt that we came in 2nd (girls) and 3rd (boys) either. I'm just sorry I got to watch so little of it--I saw next to nothing of what I heard were good performances.

Now here's your practice schedule for the week:
Monday:

  • 8:30am Distance crew with Kuhn and Seaman
  • 10am Sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers with Nack
  • 3pm Throwers with Johnston and Hansen 
  • 3:15pm Pole Vaulters with Martinez
  • 5:00pm+ Couldn't make one of these? Contact coach Nack
Tuesday:

  • 8:30am Distance crew with Kuhn and Seaman
  • 10am Sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers, vaulters with Nack
  • 3pm Throwers with Johnston and Hansen 
  • 5:00pm+  Couldn't make one of these?  Contact coach Nack 
Wednesday:

  • 8:30am Distance crew with Kuhn and Seaman
  • 10am Sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers with Nack and Huber
  • 3pm Throwers with Johnston and Hansen
  • 3:15pm Pole Vaulters with Martinez
  • 5:15pm  Sprints with Heikes
Thursday:

  • 8:30am Distance crew with Kuhn and Seaman
  • 10am Sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers, vaulters with Nack and Huber
  • 3pm Throwers with Johnston and Hansen 
  • 5:15pm  Sprints with Heikes 
Friday:
  • Distance crew: easy 25 minutes on own (show up at one of the other practices if you need a 3rd)
  • 10am Sprinters, jumpers with Nack and Huber
  • 3pm Throwers with Johnston and Hansen 
  • 3:15pm Pole Vaulters, and hurdlers with Martinez and Nebels
  • 5:15pm  Sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers with Heikes

Because you must have 3 practices in this week to attend Saturday's meet in FoCo, feel free to attend a different practice this week. If you're a distance runner, show up for a sprints workout. If you're sprints, vaults, or jumps, show up for a distance workout. Notice the workout option after 5pm on Mon & Tue; contact coach Nack by phone or email ahead of time if interested...it'll be a surprise.

Satruday bus leaves at 6am. There is a return bus back.
