- Tuesday: meet in room 3500, then practice
- Wednesday: Practice
- Thursday: Fundraising packets due, Team dinner at 5:30pm
- Friday: JV meet at DC
- Saturday: Varsity meet at Sports Authority Stadium in Parker
Monday's JV meet at CVHS
- All athletes released from school at 2:35
- V athletes will help set-up and then head off for warm-ups
- Looking for parent volunteers to help run the meet. Please email me if you can help
- What is the schedule?--
- There is no set schedule for JV meets. We simply follow the order of events
- Trying to predict what time an event will go is futile because every JV meet is different because of races that do and do not get ran, exceptionally slow kids in the distance events, etc...
- Field events are a little different
- Jumping events- typically are an open pit where athletes can stop in whenever they'd like and get their jumps in
- Throws- Typically run boys in one ring and girls in the other
- Pole vault- Is usually one of two things at a JV meet: not offered, or the last event to finish. Athletes competing in this event, as well as track events will have to practice checking in and out of events.
Friday's JV meet at DCHS
- Athletes excused at 2:30pm
- Bus leaves at 2:45pm
- No return bus
Saturday's Varsity meet at Sports Authority Stadium in Parker
- Bus leaves at 700am
- Athletes that drive meet Coach Munoz before 730 at top of east stands
- No return bus
